An Angular Contact Bearing is a rolling-element bearing designed to support combined loads: both radial and axial (thrust) loads. Unlike deep groove ball bearings, angular contact bearings are specifically made to handle significant axial forces, but only in one direction per bearing.

Contact Angle: The angle between the line joining the points of contact of the ball and the raceways and a line perpendicular to the bearing axis. Typical values: 15°, 25°, 30°, 40°

Load Support: Handles radial and axial loads (axial load in one direction)

Preload Option: Can be preloaded to increase stiffness
