100 Series

ES/RV Series
The ES/RV Variator uses a system based to two mono expanding pulleys, designed for plants or machinery with a fixed centre distance between the motor shaft and the driven shaft. This system offers continuous speed adjustment, ensuring precision and efficiency in power transmission. The standard configuration incudes a driving pulley (Type R, with bearing, or type RV, with manual adjustment control) and a driven pulley (Type ES, equipped with a spring). By operating the adjustment control on the driving pulley, it is possible to vary the rotation speed of the driven pulley, achieving reliable and smooth control.
The ES/RV Series stands out for its wide range of output speeds and high transmission efficiency, making this an ideal solution for various industrial applications, For specific needs, customisable options are available, such as hydraulic controls, motorised servo-controls, interfaces for pneumatic cylinders or chain sprockets, ideal for remote adjustment.

Mini Series

BES Series
The Variators of the BES Series use the same operating principle as the ES/RV Variators but stand out for their compact size and interchangeability with major competitors. Another distinctive feature is the use of aluminium alloy flanges which guarantee lightness and strength, making this series ideal for complex industrial applications.
The variator unit consists of an adjustable driving pulley (model BE/R with bearing or BE/RV with manual adjustment control) and a spring-loaded driven pulley BE/S. By operating the adjustment control on the driving pulley, it is possible to vary the speed of the driven pulley, achieving precise and continuous power transition control.
The BES Series offers a wide range of output speeds and high transmission efficiency, representing a versatile and cost effective solution for many industrial applications. TXR Series
The TXR Series Variators are designed to handle heavy duty applications using high-power electric motors. Thanks to the use of technologically advanced materials and innovative production processes, these variators guarantee long lasting performance and completely maintenance-free operation. The Variator unit includes a spring-loaded driven pulley (Type U for motor/gearbox on the same side, of Z type for opposite configurations. A transition belt and a driving pulley R available in 3 control versions.

GVBE Series
The compact GVBE Series variator unit is an advanced modular system that integrate the BES Series variators within a robust aluminium housing. Allowing for Flexible mounting configurations, Either in the U position (motor and gearbox on the same side) or Z Position (motor and gearbox on opposite sides), making this system ideal for various industrial applications.
The modularity of the GVBE Series enables versatile integration with different transmission components, including motors, gearboxes and return shafts of all types. On request the unit can be customised with:
- Output flanges with PAM interface according to IEC standards
- Support feet for stable mounting
- Adjustment controls available in straight, angled, hydraulic or electrically servo-controlled versions.
- Integrated motor and gearbox for a complete solution
The variator is supplied disassembled, with the possibility to request assembly instructions for the technical department at piazzalunga, which are always available for support and customisations.
