Their main purpose is to clear waste and debris from the belt surface during operation, helping to uphold cleanliness standards and prevent the accumulation of residue on roller drums.

Sprockets for Habasit Cleandrive: A wide selection of precision-machined sprockets ensures optimal compatibility with all Habasit Cleandrive types and pitch sizes. Various material options and custom-designed sprockets are available to suit specific application needs. Habasit Cleandrive HyCLEAN sprockets offer maximum reliability and effortless cleaning, featuring hygienically designed rounded surfaces free from crevices.

Timing Belt Pulleys: HabaSYNC timing belt pulleys are available in both standard and custom designs are made to order with metric or imperial pitch options. While aluminium is the standard material, other choices such as stainless steel, plastic, and UHMW are also offered. A variety of design configurations are available, including bar stock, no flanges, single or double flanges, with or without hubs, and special machined finishes to accommodate keyways or clamping systems.

Hygienic CIP Unit: A CIP unit (Cleaning-In-Place) can play a key role in optimizing the cleaning and sanitation of conveyor belts. Habasit’s second-generation hygienic CIP unit is a plug-and-play solution that can be easily installed on nearly any conveyor frame, without the need for major retrofitting.

Tracking Guides: Tracking guides are mounted on the running side of conveyor belts or the toothed side of timing belts to ensure accurate belt alignment especially important in applications using long, narrow belts. They are also commonly used in systems with side-loaded products, where lateral forces could otherwise cause belt misalignment. To enhance flexibility around pulleys, tracking guides can be notched or deep-notched as needed.
