These miniaturised right-angle gear drives are designed for light-duty, manual, and short-term power transmission applications. The housing is injection moulded from glass-filled polyamide 6.6, offering low moisture absorption, minimal thermal expansion, and high rigidity, with versatile mounting options for both horizontal and vertical installation. Featuring a 1:1 gear ratio, 4mm shaft diameter, straight-cut bevel gears with a maximum backlash of 2°, and a maximum operating speed of 1000rpm, the gearboxes are lubricated for life and utilise sintered bronze bearings with electrical insulation between the shafts and housing.

The housing should be inspected for leaks approximately every 2 years.

Version A is the standard screw jack configuration, in which the threaded spindle advances 1mm axially for each full rotation of the worm shaft and must be prevented from rotating during operation. The screw jack features a die-cast aluminium housing, pre-filled with lubricant, a worm gear set manufactured from ETG100 steel and Gbz12 bronze, and a C15 steel spindle (C45 from size 4).
