Anglular Gearboxes KES & KEK
These compact angular drives deliver high torque despite their small dimensions, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Featuring a silver-anodized aluminium housing that is sealed against lubricant leaks, protected from dust, and can be mounted in any position.
Bevel Gearboxes KEK Version A, up to 10 Nm
Available in seven sizes with a 1:1 gear ratio. Surface-hardened steel bevel gears and rubber-sealed ball bearings ensure reliable performance, while maintenance-free grease lubrication minimizes servicing requirements. The drives have an angular backlash of 3° ± 1°, are designed for a 20% duty cycle over 5-minute intervals, and provide a service life of up to 1,000 hours at maximum performance at 500 rpm. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C.
For shaft diameters of 6 mm and 10 mm, the key size differs from DIN 6885.

Available in eight sizes with a 1:1 gear ratio. The drives are equipped with surface-hardened steel bevel gears, rubber-sealed ball bearings (RS), and maintenance-free grease lubrication for reliable, long-lasting performance. Worm Gear Units KES 15, up to 3 Nm, i=12:1 bis 47:1
Available in one size with a 15mm centre distance and five gear ratios. For continuous operation, however, a vertical worm shaft position is not recommended. The drives incorporate a hardened steel worm, a special brass worm wheel, rubber-sealed ball bearings (RS), and maintenance-free grease lubrication for dependable performance. They provide an angular backlash of 1° ± 0.5°, are designed for a 20% duty cycle over 5-minute intervals, and offer a service life of up to 1,000 hours at maximum performance at 500 rpm. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C.
