PM500VE 24VDC with External Controller – The PM500VE is designed for conveying light to medium loads and is ideal for applications such as order preparation, distribution, and assembly lines. The controller is separated from the gear motor to enhance roller performance and durability, while the M8 connector provides simple, secure, and reliable wiring.
PM605VE – The PM605VE is designed to convey light to medium loads of up to 500kg and is well suited for applications such as order preparation, distribution, and assembly lines. The controller is separated from the gear motor to optimise roller performance and durability, while the M8 connector ensures simple, secure, and reliable wiring.
PM500FE with External Controller – The PM500FE is designed for conveying light to medium loads of up to 300kg and is ideal for applications such as order preparation, distribution, and assembly lines. The controller is separated from the gear motor to optimise roller performance and long-term durability.
PM605FE with External Controller – The PM605FE motorised roller, featuring 24VDC brushless technology and used with the CBM-105 or HB510 circuit board, is designed for conveying light to medium loads of up to 500kg. The circuit board is separated from the gear motor to optimise roller performance and durability, while providing a wide range of functions, including pulse signals, acceleration and deceleration control, and an optional position-holding feature. The assembly can be controlled via a PLC.
PM605KT with External Controller – The PM605KT is designed to handle medium to heavy loads of up to 1000kg. As the most powerful 24VDC motorized drive roller (MDR) on the market. Its high torque and robust construction also make it an excellent choice for applications involving high belt tension or heavily loaded belt-on-roller conveyors. The controller is separated from the gear motor to enhance roller performance and durability while providing a wider range of control options.
PM320HS with External Controller – The PM320HS motorized roller is designed for use in distribution and assembly line applications, particularly for belt conveyors handling very light loads. Available in lengths starting from 170mm, the PM320HS is the shortest motor-driven roller on the market, enabling the design of very compact roller conveyors. The controller is separated from the gear motor to optimize roller performance and durability. The system can operate as a standalone unit or be controlled via a PLC.

It can be easily controlled by a PLC, Asi-Bus via Bihl & Wiedemann module, or by logic sensors with integrated ZPA from Wenglor, among other options. The PM500XP is designed for conveyor lines handling light to medium loads of up to 300kg. It is particularly well suited for automated warehouses using shuttles, trolleys, and similar systems that require high starting torque. The integrated control board can also be used in combination with a Bihl & Wiedemann AS-Interface module to control two PM500XP rollers while managing conveying with ZPA.
PM605XP with Internal Controller – The PM605XP is designed for conveying light to medium loads of up to 500kg. It delivers very high starting torque, making it particularly suitable for automated warehouses using shuttles, trolleys, and similar systems. It can be easily controlled by a PLC, Asi-Bus via Bihl & Wiedemann module, or by logic sensors with integrated ZPA from Wenglor.
