Berges Asyemetrical Pulleys
Asymmetrical control-cam pulleys on the output side feature a torque-dependent pressure mechanism that continuously and automatically maintains optimal axial pressure on the V-belt. Berges Variable Speed Belts
The belts are manufactured from a polychloroprene rubber compound with fibre reinforcements oriented transversely to the running direction. A high-quality, extremely low-stretch tension cord made of Polyester or Aramid is embedded within a bonding compound and reinforced by a fabric layer. This construction provides high transverse rigidity while maintaining flexibility. The special belt design enables high dynamic load capacity with excellent power transmission and control characteristics. Variable Speed belt by Berges are available in a range of widths from 17-47mm and a large range on lengths
